FAQ & Processing Times

In stock & Pre order product Processing times:

Our current processing times are 3-5 business days for all In Stock products. Please note that during sale periods our TAT can be up to 8 days.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Postage times are not included in BTB processing times. Choosing express post only applies to the processing/movement of the parcel with Australia Post once it is with them.

For any new arrivals/pre orders, please refer to turn around times stated in the listing.

Shipping:

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is packed safely and securely. ​Each parcel that contains clays is wrapped in thick bubble wrap and placed in a firm box to help reduce the chances of issues.

Flat rate postage costs (up to 5kg) within Australia:Flat rate standard tracked postage: $13.00 (5-10 business days)Flat rate express tracked postage: $18.00 (3-5 business days)
- All our flat rate postage options include insurance covering up to $100 worth of value. 

If your product value is over $100.00 and you would like to add extra insurance please purchase the relevant amount through our website.

Product value between $101- $199 - Cost: $2.50

Product value between $200 - $299 - Cost: $5.00

Product value between $300 - $399 - Cost: $7.50

Product value between $400 - $499 - Cost: $10

Product value between $500 - $599 - Cost: $12.95 Includes signature on delivery

By the Bay Craft Supplies is not responsible for lost, damaged and/or stolen parcels once the package is in the hands of the delivery company. Please contact Australia post if there are any issues.

LOCAL PICK UP:
We do accept local pick up Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am and 3pm. (Pick up may not be available during the Christmas Period.)
Once you receive notification that your order is ready for collection, please send us a message to organise a time and date. Kindly note that pick up orders also go by the current processing times of 3-5 business days.
